I was athletic growing up. Included sports were hockey, soccer and gymnastics. I went off to college and sports became a thing of my past. After college I entered the military service and did 5 years. Running, some weight training and walking became regular regimines. After 34 years of age, some fat deposits were becoming more pronounced in my midsection. I kept thinking "someday I will do something about it”.
Weight increased after being put on migraine medication and I ballooned up. All attempts at dieting failed, thus I spiraled in a viscous cycle and had felt low self esteem.
I do work that is very anaerobic, (fast hard labor with low oxygen intake). lactose buildup made it impossible to lose weight. I tried exercising to burn fat, but my body was too toxic to efficiently allow cellular etabolism processes to work.

I stumbled upon JR's videos on accident and became intrigued. Here
